34 The Gap in the Fence
I am worried by the contrast in textures in this image. I worry that if the fence is allowed to grow around him, into his head that the gap will close in on his life. On his right side is a piece of metal uncompromisingly solid and immovable and I know that if he and the other children do not squeeze through the ‘gap’ soon… it will be too late.
