Funds raised from the sale of limited edition prints go to support Syrian refugees living in Zaatari camp through Save the Children International's programs on the ground.
7 The Girl Who Must Talk
There is in Zaatari camp a feeling that no one listens, that no one hears. This is tempered by a fear that speaking out – and being photographed – will indentify them to their enemies who will seek retribution. They symbolically cover their mouths, torn between fear of talking and anger that no one is listening. This girl though is torn only between decorum and the unstoppable exuberance of youth!
