Funds raised from the sale of limited edition prints go to support Syrian refugees living in Zaatari camp through Save the Children International's programs on the ground.

What this youth has seen, what he sees when he looks at the camera, what he perceives as his future is too searing and blinding for us to know or even contemplate. It is we who are blind. It is the victim who has clarity, but who among us wants to see what he sees?

The Hotel Zaatari photographs were taken in the Zaatari refugee camp in Jordan by the internationally acclaimed photographers Anthony Dawton and Jim Macfarlane. The photographs are important works of art and stand as a testament to a people that are lost and shunned by the rest of the world. Their longing to be heard and seen, and most of all understood underlies the theme of Dawton and Macfarlane’s work.
